• Each person may only register one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.

After registration, MCGames may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements — typically between 1x and 5x.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will expire.
• Bonuses will be forfeited in cases of multiple account creation or referral fraud.
• MCGames reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

MCGames may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse, collusion betting, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Requesting self-exclusion at your own request.
• Where suspension is required due to legal or regulatory obligations.

If an account is legitimately closed, any remaining balance will be refunded. mcgames reserves the right to forfeit the balance if fraud is proven.
